ask for confirmation before deleting a save file
split the "jumping around" level in two new tuto levels "long jumps" and "high jumps"
add a new "jumping around" level
the scroll containers now follow the focus (previously they wouldn't scroll when selecting an entry below the visible screen)
the player can now drop through a platform
add a new "platforms" tuto level
fix a bug where the level selection would fail if a level didn't have any coins
fix a bug on the coyote jump not working on platforms moving up
add a new "platform drop" level
